QC — short for quality check — is the warehouse photo step where you decide whether an item is worth shipping halfway across the world. Skipping it is how new buyers end up disappointed.
What the QC finder actually does
The Hipobuy QC finder aggregates warehouse photos submitted by other buyers of the same listing. Instead of guessing at seller mockups, you see real garments from real orders.
How to read a QC photo
- Check stitching alignment on logos and seams.
- Compare colorway to official retail shots.
- Look at tag placement and printing quality.
- Verify the outsole pattern on sneakers.

Green flags and red flags
Green: crisp fonts, symmetric logos, no glue residue, correct pantone. Red: blurry stamps, uneven padding, mismatched tags, off-color trims.
What to do if QC fails
Reject in the interface — the item goes back and you can either replace or refund. Don’t ship a bad QC hoping it will “look better in person.” It won’t.
